In view of liquidation of the central body of executive power that implements state policy in the sphere of population employment and trade migration, the bill suggests return to the management system in the employment sector that existed prior to January 1, 2013.
Under the bill, “the State employment service is the centralized system of state institutions that operates in the sphere of management of the central body of executive power that secures formation of state policy in the sphere of trade relations and social protection of population, and carries out activities in the field of employment promotion and social protection of population against unemployment.”
The respective amendments are to be made to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements and the laws “On Population Employment” and “On Mandatory State Social Insurance in Case of Unemployment”.
