The bill suggests provide persons, whose parent is a military person, a preferential right to enroll to respective military educational establishments, and persons whose parent was a military person who died or gone missing when performing military duties – the right to enroll “out of competition, according to personal preference of speciality in state or communal high and professional-technical educational establishments of Ukraine at the state or local budget expenses”.
Amendments are to be made to chapter five of article 13 of the Law “On social and legal protection of military men and their families”.
