The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that the Verkhovna Rada adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements re establishing responsibility in the sphere of licensing system

The bill (Reg. No. 2511a) suggests establish responsibility of owners of domestically produced devices for shooting bullets equipped with rubber or similar in their characteristics less-than-lethal projectiles for: violating order of buying, preserving, giving to other persons or selling such devices; violating rules of preserving, carrying, or transporting devices; violating terms of registration (re- registration); etc.  

Respective amendments are to be made to articles 190, 191, 192, 193 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.

The Committee members upheld the bill.
