The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On elections of the President of Ukraine” re ensuring proper organization and conducting of the electoral process”

The Law amends chapter eight of article 24, and chapter eight of article 71 of the Law “On elections of the President of Ukraine”; article 73 is supplemented with chapter twelve. Chapter XIII “Transitional Provisions” is supplemented with a clause 3-1.
