The Committee on Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities recommends that the Parliament adopt as a basis the draft law on debt repayment to the Pension Fund of Ukraine

In order to stimulate debt repayment and making current payments to the Pension Fund of Ukraine for the payers who during six month since the day of this law comes into force submit an application to a respective body of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the bill (Reg. No. 3267) suggests stipulate the right to spread over for 36 months indebtedness:

for paying a single fee for obligatory state social insurance if as of a day of submitting an application they do not have arrears; 

for reimbursement of actual expenses for paying and delivering pensions, assigned according to article 13 of the Law “On Pension Provision”, if as of a day of submitting an application they do not have an indebtedness for paying a single fee; 

for refurbishment of the difference between the sum of the pension assigned by the Law “On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activity” and the sum of the pension calculated according to other legislative acts if as of the day of submitting an application they do not have an indebtedness for paying a single fee.
