The legislative act determines that force of the Law “On Ombudsman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”, in cases stipulated by the law, spreads to relations arising between legal entities of public and private law as well as physical entities residing on the territory of Ukraine.
The document regulates on the level of the law the notion “agreement of a personal data subject” by introducing a respective definition to the Law “On Protection of Personal Data”.
The Law also regulates institutional component in the sphere of personal data protection in the laws “On State Register of Voters”, “On collection and accounting of a single fee for obligatory state social insurance”, “On unified state register of demographics and documents confirming the citizenship of Ukraine, proving persons’ identity or their special status”.
The Law was adopted with consideration of remarks.
Respective bill was registered under Reg. No. 4551.
