The Law makes amendments to the Law “On State Registration of Legal Persons and Sole-Proprietors” that aim at improving the procedure of dissolution of juridical persons. In view of this, it is stipulated to: abolish the ban on holding state registration of amendments to the statutory documents of a legal person in regard to which the dissolution decision was taken; amend the records of the Single State Register of legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs re the location of a legal person in regard to which the dissolution decision was taken, etc.
