The bill suggests amend article 9 of the Law “On Basic Principles of State Monitoring (Control) in the Sphere of Economic Activity”, under which “damage inflicted to legal or natural person by unlawful decisions, actions or inactivity of officials or administrative officials of bodies of state monitoring (control) shall be compensated at the expense of state budget funds, stipulated for financing of this body, regardless of culpability of this person.”
