The legislative act approves Decree of the President of Ukraine of May
6, 2014 No. 454 “On partial mobilization”.
Under the Decree, “partial mobilization shall
be carried put on the territories of Vinnytsia,
Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Luhansk, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytsk, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv oblasts and the city of Kyiv
Mobilization shall be held within 45 days since the day of enactment of
this Decree.
Military conscription of those bound to service, including reservists,
as well as delivery of transport facilities necessary to meet the needs of the
Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, the Security Service of
Ukraine and other military units of Ukraine shall be carried out in the
amount determined by mobilization plans, with consideration of reserve.”
