As it was mentioned at the Committee’s meeting, the bill (Reg. No. 4791) suggests supplement several laws of Ukraine.

The bill particularly stipulates that the amnesty will not be applied to persons “who earlier were released from places of detention on parole and then again committed a deliberate grave or especially grave crime; who were released by court from serving a sentence on probation and who again committed a deliberate grave or especially grave crime until the end of the probation term determined by the court”.

According to the draft, “amnesty is also not applied to persons convicted for intentional homicide; torturing; forced donorship; illegal deprivation of freedom or kidnapping if leading to death, or inflicting serious bodily harm causing death”.

The Committee’s members upheld the bill.
