The bill (Reg. 4589) suggests amend 117 legislative acts of Ukraine in order to adjust their provisions with the changes that occurred in the system of central bodies of executive power, particularly, liquidation of the Ministry of Income and Levy and establishment of bodies of State Tax Service and State Customs Service.
Parliamentarians believe that implementation of changes suggested in the bill will ensure efficient implementation of taxation and customs policy in the state and will help eliminate possible conflict of laws.
Committee members appreciated amendments to a number of laws pertaining
to social sphere that aim at alleviating the existing social tension in the
society in view of instable political and economic situation in the state.
Committee members upheld the bill, adoption of which will allow secure efficient implementation of taxation and customs policy in the state, as well as administration of the single fee for mandatory state social insurance in connection with liquidation of the Ministry of Income and Levy of Ukraine and resumption of activity of the State Tax Service and the State Customs Service.
