The bill (Reg. No. 4629) suggests delegate functions on exercising state architectural and construction supervision from the central body of executive power that implements state policy in the sphere of state architectural and construction supervision to the bodies of local self-government and local bodies of executive power. The document suggests also refine several licensing and conciliation procedures pertaining to town-planning activities.
Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which will increase the role of local bodies of executive power and bodies of local self-government in the sphere of building development with consideration of interests of territorial communities. The bill will also help refine town-planning activities.
