Under the Constitution of Ukraine, the law determines legal basis for organization and activity of the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine.
The legislative act regulates provisions on implementation of new tasks and functions of the State Service of Special Communication.
The law establishes also main tasks of the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine.
The respective bill was registered under No. 4432.
