The Law determines that when protecting the state in case of armed aggression or armed conflict, funding of the country’s national defense, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, mobilizational preparation and mobilization measures can be effected additionally by donations from physical and legal entities in the order established by the Cabinet of Ministers.
Amendments were made to the Laws “On Defence of Ukraine”, “On the Armed Forces of Ukraine”, “On Mobilizational Preparation and Mobilization”, “On Humanitarian Assistance”, “On Charity and Charitable Organizations”.
Respective bill was registered under No. 4491.
