The Committee on Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to several laws of Ukraine pertaining to pension provision

During its meeting on March 26, the Committee noted that the bill (Reg. No. 2059) was refined in order to implement the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada “On recommitment of the draft Law of Ukraine on amendments to several laws of Ukraine on matters of pension provision” of September 3, 2013 registered under No. 431-VII with consideration of remarks made in the course of scrutinizing of its previous version.  

Thus, implementation of the abovementioned legislative initiative will allow provide persons, discharged from military service, with opportunity to return amounts of pension that were neither calculated, nor paid through no fault of their own.
