The bill (Reg. No. 3642) was elaborated in order to increase legal awareness of citizens, economic entities and officials that are responsible for fire safety conditions of enterprises, institutions and organizations, and in order to impose adequate punishment for violation of technogenic and safety requirements, established by the legislation.
The Committee took the decision to refer conclusions on the bill to the Committee of Legislative Support of Law Enforcement that has competence over preparation of the document for consideration in the first reading.
