The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine in connection with adopting the Law of Ukraine “On Information” (in a new version) and the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”

The bill, which amends the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences, the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Code on Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, and 53 laws of Ukraine, is aimed at complying some legislative acts of Ukraine with the laws “On Information” and “On Access to Public Information”.   

Respective bill was registered under No. 0947.
