The Law amends the following laws of Ukraine:
1) clause 2 of section VIII of “Final Provisions” of the Law “On State Registration of Natural and Legal Persons-Entrepreneurs”
2) excludes clauses 2-4 and 7-9 of section II of “Final Provisions” of the Law “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On State Registration of Natural and Legal Persons-Entrepreneurs” regarding simplifying the mechanism of state registration to terminate economic entities.
The Law comes into force on the day following the day of its release.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2484.
