According to clause 12 of chapter one of article 85 of the Constitution
of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada determined to dismiss Teniukh Ihor Yosypovych
from performing duties of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine.
The Resolution comes into force since the moment of its adoption.
Respective draft resolution was registered under No. 4542.
