Consideration of the issue was held behind closed doors.

Apart from this, Committee members discussed the draft law on amendments to the Law “On the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine.”

The bill (Reg. No. 4432) suggests adopt a new version of the Law “On the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine.”

It was noted that the bill aims to optimize the system of central bodies of executive power and settle the issue of status of the State Special Communication Service, including, concretization of its tasks and authorities.

It is suggested to make respective amendments to the Law “On Military Duty and Military Service”.

Committee members recommend that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt the bill in entirety with consideration of remarks of the Central Scientific Experts Office.
