To the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, citizens of Vinnytsia
Dear friends!
I sincerely congratulate you on the 70th anniversary of liberating Vinnytsia from fascist invaders.
Rapid flow of decades can not erase people’s memories of happiness from liberating the city, sincere gratitude of its citizens to the soldiers-liberators heroism and courage of whom broke intense opposition of the enemy.
These days we pay our tribute to those who approached the Victory by their feats of arms, labor watch and courageous deed in the enemy’s rear.
Deep filial bow to the silver-haired veterans, to all those who granted us the opportunity to live and work, give birth and bring up children, build and dream. We bow low to the bright image of defenders of the Homeland, to those who died for a better future of their descendants.
I wish all citizens of Vinnytsia good health, peace and harmony, the good and welfare to every family, and energy to make your native land wealthy and prosperous, and Ukraine – a powerful and a respected European state.
