The respective decree Reg. No. 130/2014-рп was posted on the website of the acting President.
“In view of secure free movement of citizens on Bankova Street in Kyiv, Kyiv City State Administration and the State general affairs department shall take measures in the established order and demolish a metal fence near the building of Administration of the President of Ukraine that limits free movement of citizens on Bankova Street in Kyiv,” the document reads.
