The Law complies several legislative acts with the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law “On the National Guard of Ukraine”.
Amendments were made to the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes, the Laws “On Militia”, “On Legal Regime of State of Emergency”, “On the Fight against Terrorism”, “On physical protection of nuclear facilities and nuclear materials, radioactive waste and other sources of ionizing radiation”, “On Nuclear Energy and Radiation Safety”, “On the general structure and size of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”, “On State Awards of Ukraine”, “On concessions to build and operate motor ways”, “On Fight against Terrorism”, “On Road Traffic”, etc.
Respective bill was registered under No. 4394.
