Dear friends!
I cordially congratulate you on the 70th anniversary of liberating Kherson from the fascist invaders.
On this memorable day we bow low to the cherished memory of those who defended freedom and independence of the Homeland in the intense battles. We express gratitude to you, dear veterans, to the whole generation of our fathers and mothers who had given us the opportunity to live and work on the free land; we thank you for making superhuman efforts in defending human honour and dignity.
Let me wish all citizens of Kherson good health, peace and tranquility, welfare and harmony to families, achievements and unshakable faith in yourselves and a bright future of our country.
May your good deeds serve for consolidation of Ukrainian society, of a sovereign and democratic state!
