I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the 70th liberation anniversary of Starokostiantyniv from fascist invaders.
These days we honor courage of generals and officers, sergeants and common soldiers who won Victory over the enemy during fierce fighting. May the bright memory of their immortal deed serve as a spiritual backbone in establishing sovereign, democratic and social state!
