Under the resolution,
In view of refining the activity of central bodies of executive power in the sphere of exercising state taxation and customs policy, securing legal rights of taxpayers and under articles 85 and 166 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine resolves:
1. To recommend the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine take measures, aimed at liquidation of the Ministry of Income and Levy of Ukraine and establishment of the respective bodies of executive powers in the sphere of taxation and customs policy in the course of reforming the system of central bodies of executive power.
2. To bring in for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine proposals on making the respective amendments to the legislative acts of Ukraine, connected with fulfillment of clause 1 of this resolution.
3. This resolution comes into force on the moment of its adoption.
The resolution was adopted with consideration of proposals made in the course of discussion.
