The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

 The document includes 57 articles that were united into the sections read as follows:

- general provisions;

- composition and procedure of formation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

- abdication and resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

- competence of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

- authorities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in relations with executive bodies;

- authorities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in relations with the President of Ukraine;

- authorities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in relations with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, its bodies and the people’s deputies;

- relations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with other state bodies, bodies of local self-government and public associations;

- organization of activity of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

- social and other maintenance of members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

- transitional and final provisions.

Thereat, the Law of Ukraine of October 7, 2010 No. 2591-VI “On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” is recognized as invalid. The government is entrusted to take measures in connection with adoption of a new law.

The Law was adopted with respective amendments made in the course of discussion.

The Law shall undergo the procedure of technical and judicial refinement in the course of preparation for signing.

The respective bill was registered under No. 4146.
