On Wednesday, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov has mandated to immediately dismantle the fence around the Parliament.
This decision was taken in order to secure free access of citizens to the territory adjacent to the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
