Taking into account actual self-withdrawal of the President of Ukraine from performing his duties, and being aware of the responsibility for the situation in the country, as well as the necessity of ensuring national security of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada establishes:
1. To appoint Hvozd Viktor Ivanovych as Commissioner for control over the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, intelligence agency of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, and intelligence agency of the specially authorized central body of executive power for the protection of the state border.
2. This Resolution comes into force since the moment of its adoption.
