Expressing solidarity and support to civil population taking part in peaceful protest actions in Ukraine, and aiming to commemorate those fallen during armed conflicts in November 2013 – February 2014 and to pay them the highest respect, being governed by Decree of the President of Ukraine “On the title “Hero of Ukraine” of 02.02.2002 No. 1114/2002,
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine establishes:
1. Submit a proposal to the next President of Ukraine to assign the title “Hero of Ukraine” posthumously to the fallen civil participants of armed conflicts during peaceful protest actions in Ukraine in November 2013 – February 2014.
2. The Resolution comes into force on the day of its adoption.
