RESOLUTION

OF THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE

“On appointing Nalyvaichenko V.O. as Commissioner for controlling the activity of the Security Service of Ukraine”

 

Taking into account actual self-withdrawal of the President of Ukraine from performing his duties and being aware of the responsibility for the situation in the country, as well as the necessity of ensuring national security of Ukraine,   

being governed by clause 22 of chapter one of article 85 of the Constitution of Ukraine,

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine establishes:                    

 

To appoint Nalyvaichenko Valentyn Oleksandrovych as Commissioner for controlling the activity of the Security Service of Ukraine.

This Resolution comes into force since the moment of its adoption.
