Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On renewal of certain provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine”

The bill stipulates that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine can form a coalition of deputies’ factions which will be formed by factions as well as by separate people’s deputies.
According to the Law, powers of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the current convocation will last till October, 2017.
386 people’s deputies voted in favour.
The voting
was held according to ad hoc procedure without decision of the specialized
committee.
