The Committee claimed the bill (Reg. No. 4012) suggests supplement article 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with chapter four that would stipulate liability of officials for wrongful acts against participants of peaceful assemblies, gatherings, meetings, marches, and demonstrations.
During the Committee’s meeting the decision on the draft act’s compliance with requirements of the anti-corruption legislation was unanimously adopted.
