Under article 83 of the Constitution of Ukraine, opening of the fourth session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the seventh convocation will be held on February 4, 2014 at 10 a.m. in the session hall of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Kyiv, 5 Hrushevskoho st.).
Registration of the people’s deputies of Ukraine will begin on February 4, 2014 at 9 a.m. in the session hall lobbies.
