I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the 70th liberation anniversary of Lutsk from fascist invaders.
The holiday of liberating the native land has always been an unforgettable event. Happiness and grief, pain and hope remind us of the military deed of soldiers-liberators.
By knowing, remembering and commemorating the past we confidently move into the future. Legendary life journeys of the elderly generation and the wisdom of liberators will always serve an example for youth that will keep on developing their native town. May picturesque ancient Lutsk develop and prosper preserving and multiplying its traditions and confidently moving into the tomorrow.
We deeply respect you and bow low to you, dear veterans, for the courage, strength and endurance during the war and past war period.
