Organized Crime Control and Anti-Corruption Committee took the decision to provide explanations in regard to the procedure of filing a transparency return on the part of persons authorized to perform functions of the state or local self-government

It was noted that the procedure of filing such a returns was determined
in paragraph two of part one of article 12 of the Law “On the Principles of
Prevention and Counteraction to Corruption”.
According to explanation, persons mentioned in clause 1 and sub clause
“a” of clause 2 of part one of article 4 of the law annually file a return at
their place of work (service).
