The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re specifying grounds for recognizing the implementation document as subject to non-fulfillment

The bill (Reg. No. 3088) aims to refine provisions of the procedural legislation in the part of specifying grounds for recognizing the implementation document as subject to non-fulfillment.

The draft law suggests amend article 117 of the Economic Procedure Code, article 369 of the Civil Procedure Code and article 259 of the of the Court of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine.

In the process of discussion, the people’s deputies voiced out several remarks to the bill that will be considered when adjusting the bill for the second reading.

Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will allow secure unity of the court practice in the cases on recognition of the court judgment as subject to non-fulfillment and will also prevent the abuse on the part of unconscientious participants of the executive process.
