The legislative initiative (Reg. No. 3629) aims at settling the issue of remuneration of services provided during the International Children’s Festival “Let’s Change the World for Better” in the International Children’s Center Artek. In view of this, the bill suggests reallocate expenditures in the amount of UAH 999,5 thousand between separate budgetary programmes of the Ministry of Social Policy and the Ministry of Finance (national state expenditures) without changing the overall amount of state budget expenditures.
According to the opinion of the General Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat, following the results of consideration of the bill in the first reading, it can be adopted as a basis with consideration of the expressed remarks and the respective opinion of the government.
Following the results of consideration, the Committee took the decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada adopt the bill in the first reading as a basis and in entirety with consideration of Committee’s proposals outlined in its opinion letter and connected with specification of several budgetary figures in line with the bills adopted by the Verkhovna Rada prior to consideration of the abovementioned bill.
