National status of this date shows great importance and attention that are paid in our country to the system of local self-government, recognizing its role in ensuring provision of authorities and services which are the most important and close to a person. Education, health care, culture, social protection, diversified communal services, state building – this is not a full list of key social life spheres, responsibility for reliable functioning and coordinated work of which lies on the self-government branch of power.
We clearly understand complexity of issues that are settled by local self-government authorities in communities and regions, we see those difficult conditions under which our colleagues have to work locally, and, as representatives of the highest legislative body of the government, we assure them in support and assistance at the level of elaborating laws, creating proper legal basis for ensuring efficient and qualitative activity of every element of local self-government, its complex reforming based on the principles of decentralization of governmental authorities and subsidiarity, achieving real solvency and organizational independence.We wish you, dear friends, good health, happiness, wealth, welfare and family comfort.
