The Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on supplementing article 45 of the Housing Code of the Ukrainian USSR (re securing the right of pedagogical staff of pre-school and out-of-school educational institutions to priority for housing)

The bill (Reg. No. 2344a) suggests primarily provide with housing “educators and other pedagogical personnel of pre-school and out-of-school educational institutions”.

Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which will grant educators and other pedagogical personnel the possibility to implement their rights to social guarantees, provided by the Law “On Education” in full.
