The bill (Reg. No. 2505a) stipulates privileges for joining of individual rural builders, who live in rural areas, work in self-government authorities, in enterprises, educational establishments, cultural and health care establishments, etc. located in rural areas, to engineering networks and a special procedure of joining to gas and electricity networks.
It is suggested to establish that joining of electricity-generating equipment of such builders should be free of charge. Moreover, the bill’s provision suggests that joining of individual rural builders to gas networks should be free of charge as well.
As it as mentioned during the discussion, current legislation stipulates joining of individual rural builders to engineering networks of natural monopolies subjects at the expense of customers which is a great financial burden for people, particularly in rural areas.
