The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft law ‘On amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On State Property Object Management’ (re management of economic companies of energy sector)

The bill (Reg. No. 3602) suggests amend article 11 of the Law ‘On State Property Object Management’ according to which, for economic companies of energy sector, 100% shares of which were transferred to an authorized management body decrease by the sum of allocated funds and are channeled to implementation of investment projects and to volume of credit funds return that were borrowed for funding capital investment for construction (reconstruction, modernization) of objects.        

According to the people’s deputies, adoption of the draft law will create more favourable conditions for using these funds by the abovementioned companies.
