The bill (Reg. No. 3388) suggests amend the Criminal Code of Ukraine by
supplementing it with new articles in the part of establishing responsibility
for violation of labour legislation pertaining to employment; failure to notify
an employee of the use of his/her labour without formalizing labour relations;
payment of a salary in the amount that is lower than the minimum one
established by the law, etc.It is suggested introduce a guaranteed salary.
It was noted that adoption of the draft law will help increase
efficiency of state control over adherence to legislation on labour.
