The Committee on Entrepreneurship, Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy upholds the draft law “On limited and superadded liability companies”

The bill (Reg. No. 2011-1) suggests refine legislative settlement of the activity of limited and superadded liability companies.

Committee members believe that implementation of bill provisions will significantly improve investment climate; promote attraction of direct foreign investments; create pre-conditions for establishment of new and development of the existing enterprises; increase security of ownership rights and provide participants with efficient mechanisms for prevention and settlement of corporative conflicts.
