The bill (Reg. No. 3375) suggests increase the age of children allowing them to stay at children’s health care and recreation centers jointly with parents until 7.

Thereat, Committee members drew attention to lack of the required number of places in the recreation institutions. In order to settle this problem, the people’s deputies suggested either lower the minimum level of children’s age until 6, or allow children aged 6 to 7 revitalize either with parents or independently.  Committee members believe that optimal scheme for recreation of children aged 6 to 7 can be elaborated in the process of adjustment of the bill for the second reading.
