The bill (Reg. No. 2753) aims to provide clear legislative determination of special technical equipment for obtaining information that will secure its practical implementation and correspond to the principle of priority of the law in the system of legal regulatory acts of Ukraine.
The bill suggests supplement article 9 of the Law “On Licensing Certain Types of Economic Activity”.
Committee members took the decision to uphold the bill and refer the outcome of its consideration to the Committee on Entrepreneurship, Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy.
