The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re regulating administrative services provided by the Securities and Stock Market State Commission

The bill (Reg. No. 3144) suggests specify the list of powers of the Securities and Stock Market State Commission present in the law “On State Regulation of Securities Market in Ukraine” and harmonize it with the Commission’s powers stipulated by other laws and regulations.    

The Committee members think that implementation of the draft law’s provisions will harmonize legal framework of regulation by the Securities and Stock Market State Commission of administrative services with the Law “On Administrative Services.”

 It was noted during the meeting that the Cabinet of Ministers upholds the bill on condition of taking into account remarks concerning the necessity of harmonizing the bill’s provisions with the Law “On Administrative Services.”
