The bill (Reg. No. 2306a) is elaborated in order to regulate public relations concerning economic entities as to making transactions in electronic form using information and telecommunication systems.
The Cabinet of Ministers stressed on several system drawbacks that can cause complications when implementing the bill’s provisions.
The Committee members also paid attention to remarks of the Committee’s Expert Council.
The Committee members claimed the bill Reg. No. 2306a requires refinement.
Taking into account all the above-mentioned, opinions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat and the Experts Council, the Committee members adopted the decision to recommend that the Parliament should recommit the bill.
