The bill (Reg. No. 3158) suggests extend the application of incentive regulation methods on all economic entities on adjacent markets and not only on those economic entities carrying out their activity on adjacent markets of co-generation of heating and power; as well as ensure a unified approach to determining depreciation deduction as a part of natural monopolies tariffs.
As it was mentioned during the meeting, the aim of the bill is “forming respective conditions for transition from cost regulation methods to incentive regulation methods of economic entities on adjacent markets.”
