Another meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Liaison Group with Ireland was held in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

Chairman of the Group, the people’s deputy Vladyslav Atroshenko, noted the increasing interest of Ukrainian parliament members in providing new impetus to bilateral relations between Ukraine and Ireland. He expressed hope that the activity of the deputy group will promote further activation of Ukrainian-Irish relations.

V.Atroshenko informed those present about the change in the composition of the group and provided information on holding working consultations on matters of preparation of the official visit of group representatives to the Republic of Ireland.

In view to prepare the Agenda of the visit to Ireland, head of the group suggested that the people’s deputies make their proposals to the abovementioned Agenda.
